Like most free-to-play competitive hero shooters, the heroes or characters need to get unlocked. FragPunk is no different and it’ll take some time to unlock all the Lancers and get the full roster.

How to Get More Lancers in FragPunk
To unlock Lancers, go to the “Arsenal” tab on the main menu screen and go to the “Lancers” subcategory. The full Lancer roster shows up, but most of the Lancers will be locked until you purchase the unlock or get a Lancer Statue. Each Lancer costs 18,888 Gold or 488 FragPunk Coins. Gold is easily obtainable while FragPunk Coins are the premium currency that costs real money.
Normally, players unlock Lancers using the free currency, Oro. Since Gold can be obtained regularly by playing the game, completing objectives, and participating in events, players will eventually get enough Gold to buy all the Lancers and even have some extra Gold leftover to use on basic items.
Sin embargo, it takes time to accumulate Gold, and if you play one or two games a week, it will take forever to get all the Lancers. 488 FragPunk Coins cost around $4.99, but you’ll get some extra FragPunk Coins since $4.99 gives you 505 FragPunk Coins.
Sin embargo, you might as well use premium currency to purchase the seasonal battle pass, which will give you way more value for money.
El fastest way to unlock Lancers is to play the standard game mode and avoid Outbreak, Arcada, and Team Deathmatch. Since standard or ranked gives the most experience or account progress, it also gives the most Gold. Sin embargo, if you have other challenges or quests in other game modes, you can do those too.
How to Get A Free Lancer in Fragpunk
During the starting login rewards, players will be given cool rewards for logging into the game. For the second reward, you’ll get a Lancer Statue which is a token used to unlock any Lancer you want.
Spend your Lancer Statue wisely since it’ll take time to accumulate enough Gold to unlock a new Lancer.
Once you unlock more features, you’ll gain more Gold, such as unlocking the Scavenger Imp at level 10 that generates Gold even when you are not playing.
